North East Care Services

Our outreach support services can take place in the  family home, community or an identified property.

   The support services include:

​

• Day care facilities for children and young people up to the age of 18.

• After-school and holiday care or activities for school age children

• Advice, guidance and counselling

• occupational, social, cultural or recreational activities

• Support within the family home

• assistance with travelling to and from home

• Support for the child/young person to have a holiday

• Respite care
